Unable to withdraw
The first time I bought coins was fine, but the second time I bought 100,000 dollars, my money and account were frozen, and I was not allowed to transfer or withdraw coins. I can contact customer service only by email and replying one email a week. It is a complete waste of time. Now there is no reply, the exchange has disappeared directly, and the money is not allowed to move. Every time the exchange requested something, it was uploaded, but there was no response. It is always like this!

Before using it, I have been advertising and recommending it, and it feels good to use it for the first time. But the second time I bought 100,000 dollars, I planned to hoard coins, but then suddenly I couldn’t buy other currencies, and I also tried to withdraw coins, but I have been unable to withdraw coins, and there was no way to withdraw them. I sent an email to the customer service, replied a message in a few days, and uploaded all the information as required by the customer service, but the coins have not been released. too pitty!
