Crypto　　Empresa cripto Helio Lending recebe sentença de fiança por alegações falsas de licença　　13 minutos atrás　　Notícias do Bitcoin Ethereum　　Australia-based crypto lender Helio Lending has been sentenced to a non-conviction good behavior bond for a year for falsely claiming it had a local credit license.　　On Aug. 17, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission said Helio was sentenced to a non-conviction bond of 15,000 Australian dollars ($9,600) on condition of good behavior for a year.　　Good behavior bonds are often granted for less serious offenses. A non-conviction good behavior bond means Helios will only be convicted if it breaks its bond. The AU$15,000 potential penalty is a significantly lighter sentence than the maximum $160,000 penalty it faced.　　ASIC said Helio falsely stated it had an Australian credit license in an August 2019 news article that appeared on its website.　　Helio pleaded guilty, which ASIC said was accounted for in the sentencing decision and a charge relating to a false representation of holding a license on Helios website was withdrawn.　　Helio offered crypto-backed loans and is an Australian subsidiary of the United States-based crypto-focused public holding company Cyios Corporation, which also owns the yet-to-launch nonfungible token platform Randombly.　　ASIC charged Helio in April 2022 over the matter. This lawsuit has sparked discussions about the SEC’s role in regulating and overseeing cryptocurrencies.　　Conversely, the SEC stands firm in its stance, arguing that their decision is grounded in the necessity to shield investors from the unpredictability and possible market manipulation linked with cryptocurrencies.　　Recent history of Grayscales ETF issues　　In Oct 2022, Grayscale Investments, a Digital Currency Group (DCG) subsidiary,

NFT　　Mercado NFT OpenSea para desabilitar a ferramenta de aplicação de royalties　　17 minutos atrás　　Notícias do Bitcoin Ethereum　　Nonfungible token (NFT) marketplace OpenSea is sunsetting its on-chain royalty enforcement tool — Operator Filter — that allows creators to blacklist NFT marketplaces that dont enforce royalties.　　The change is set to take effect on Aug. 31, according to an Aug. 17 statement by OpenSea founder and CEO Devin Finzer.　　The Operator Filter feature was first introduced in November 2022 and was described as a “simple code snippet” that could restrict NFT sales to only marketplaces that enforced creator fees.　　A partir de 31 de agosto, iremos:　　– Pôr o filtro do operador OpenSea　　– Mude para taxas de criador opcionais em todas as vendas secundárias para novas coleções　　– Melhore a visibilidade das configurações de taxa do criador e listagens no lado do comprador e do vendedor　　Mais abaixo:　　- OpenSea (@opensea) 17 de agosto de 2023　　However, Finzer said that the tool hadn‘t had the success they had hoped, as it didn’t have the needed support from the NFT ecosystem.　　Finzer claimed that NFT marketplaces such as Blur, Dew and LooksRare had circumvented the Operator Filter by integrating the Seaport Protocol to bypass OpenSeas blacklist and therefore avoid creator fees.　　Finzer said they also

Bitcoiners HODL, Miners Sell e SHIB FUD

Dito isto, a quantidade

Earnings season is in full swing but as the summer season closes out, the usual lull in market activity is expected. However, that doesn‘t mean you should let yourself fall into complacency when it comes to managing your portfolio. If you haven’t already, take a look at Forbes‘ initial coverage on value stocks. In this article, we’ll break down how to define an undervalued stock, how to find one in a sea of possibilities, and then give a few examples for readers. Lets dive in!　　What Are Undervalued Stocks？　　Defining whether a stock is undervalued or not is easier than you might think. A stock can be considered undervalued when its determined price is higher than the agreed-upon price. In practice, the “determined” price is the calculated intrinsic value of the stock (well get into how to calculate this in a moment) and the “agreed-upon” price is the market price or what the public set of investors is willing to pay for the stock in the open market. Of course, there are mitigating factors that determine whether a given definition successfully encapsulates what “undervalued” means, but pragmatically, this definition should be sufficient for most investors.　　How To Find An Undervalued Stock　　Depending on who
