MANTRA token sinks 18% to record low amid blockchain halt

MANTRAs native token sank 18.5% from its 24-hour high to a record low shortly before MANTRA Chain stopped producing blocks and its team announced a precautionary halt over an unexplained incident.　　According to CoinGecko, MANTRA fell from $0.005060 to an all-time low of $0.004126 around 11:00 pm UTC on Thursday. Capital.com plans to introduce spot cryptocurrency services in the United Arab Emirates after its affiliate, Capital Vault, received a virtual asset license from the UAE Capital Market Authority.　　Capital.com announced the approval on Aug. 21. MANTRA Chain halted its network on Aug. 21 while investigating an unidentified incident, freezing transactions and preventing assets from moving across the RWA focused Layer 1 blockchain.　　The team initially described the shutdown as a precaution. Upbit lists 4 altcoins in South Korea with 8 pairs

HMRC sends 81,172 crypto tax warnings in one year
