JPMorgan shuttered its banking relationship with predictions platform Polymarket: FT

Resumo:JPMorgan Chase ended its banking relationship with the decentralized prediction market Polymarket in late 2025 over regulatory concerns, the Financial Times reported. The bank informed Polymarket in October 2025 that it would need another banking partner, and the platform has since moved to a different, undisclosed lender. Polymarket had been barred from serving U.S. users in 2022 after settling with the CFTC for $1.4 million over operating an unregistered derivatives venue. It reentered the U.S. market in late 2025 following looser federal rules under the Trump administration.
