zkSync Era Launches Boojum: Consumer-Friendly STARK-based Proof System

Tech　　Inilunsad ng zkSync Era ang Boojum: Consumer-Friendly STARK-based Proof System　　9 minuto ang nakalipas　　Balita ng Ethereum ng Bitcoin　　Ethereum layer-2 scaling solution zkSync Era is stepping into the next stage with Boojum, its STARK-based proof system. Promising enhanced transparency and heightened transaction speed, Boojum operates on consumer-grade general processing units (GPUs).　　zkSync Era has been a leader in Ethereums scaling solutions, utilizing technologies such as zero-knowledge rollups (ZK-rollups) to optimize transaction capacity, speed, and affordability. Typically, zk-rollups rely on zk-STARKs and zk-SNARKs, two prominent proof systems that have seen wide application in the field. Boojum, however, marks a strategic shift from this trend.　　Powered by a zkSync-derived Rust-based cryptographic library, Boojum uses an upgraded version of arithmetic circuits to revolutionize the ZK developer stack and zkSync Eras operational dynamics.　　However, Boojum boasts its accessibility. The new system can run on personal computers with just 16 gigabytes of GPU random-access memory (RAM), opening up participation in network activity to regular users.　　In contrast, zkSyncs previous operations required a 100-GPU cluster, each with 80 GB of RAM.　　ZkSyncs previous performance averaged around 100 transactions per second, but Boojum will require less storage and is cheaper to verify, driving down the transaction costs significantly.　　In its final implementation stage, Boojum will

This signifies the lowest index since March 2021, a significant occasion for the financial markets.　　Why is this important, you ask？　　With a rise in inflation, we often witness a corresponding hike in federal interest rates. This potential increase creates a risk-averse sentiment, making consumers more reluctant to invest in risk-prone assets such as cryptocurrencies. SEC case, legal expert, attorney and digital assets enthusiast Jeremy Hogan has provided his insights into the possibility of an appeal. With his extensive experience in the field, Hogan has shed light on the factors that could influence the decision-making process of both parties involved.　　Hogan points out that appeals are generally pursued after a case reaches its final judgment. However, since the Ripple case is yet to conclude, any potential appeal would fall under the category of an interlocutory one. Such appeals are rarely granted, especially if they involve sensitive information that could disrupt the proceedings.　　While Judge Torres did not certify her ruling for immediate review, indicating that an interlocutory appeal may not be granted, the parties still have the right to pursue a regular one once the trial and post-trial motions are completed next year.　　Who would benefit from this？　　According to Hogan, most attorneys believe that the SEC will appeal. However, he personally speculates that neither party is likely to choose to
