Claude AI Predicts ADA: Nine Years of Compression Ends?
Brazils state oil giant is piloting Cardano to verify fuel emissions claims. Separately, Cardano joined the x402 SDK, letting AI agents pay in ADA. Two adoption stories in one week, and ADA has climbed nearly 20%. Claude AI predicts ADA faces a critical test, as the token pushes against a resistance level maintained for nearly nine years. Neither announcement generates immediate token demand. For now, ADA trades at $0.2468, flat on the day after that weekly run. Two research projects, both about proving environmental claims rather than moving money. The first covers sustainable aviation fuel. Under the book-and-claim model, airlines can buy the environmental benefit of cleaner fuel even when that fuel is burned elsewhere, which creates a double-counting problem. Cardano records who owns each benefit and whether it has been claimed. The second track, Diesel R, Petrobrass diesel made partly from vegetable oils and animal fats. Here, the ledger builds a production-to-use history that supports Scope 3 emissions reporting. Frederik Gregaard, CEO of the Cardano Foundation, framed it as continuity rather than a breakthrough: “Brazil has been one of the most consistent adopters of Cardano. Its great to see Petrobras continue to see value in on-chain provenance.” The important caveat is scale. Both projects
