プレイシンク尾下順治　　長谷川剛氏（左）・尾下順治氏（右）　　長谷川：私たちのポイント事業は、ユーザーと企業を繋ぐサービスで、これまで1億を超えるIDを取り扱わせていただいてきました。そして私たちの経済圏のさらなる拡大を目指す過程で、ブロックチェーンなどWeb3の要素にはかねてから注目していたんです。　　そんな中でプレイシンクさんから提案いただき、両社の目指している方向性が一致して、今回の業務提携に至りました。　　尾下：半年前ぐらいに長谷川社長とお会いして、お互いの考えるWeb3の可能性についてお話ししてから、今回の発表に至るまで、ものすごいスピードでした。　　長谷川：スピードは命ですからね。私たちも2015年頃からブロックチェーン領域には注目しており、その頃から自社のサービスにどう活用できるかについて検討やリサーチを続けていました。そして今回、私たちもこの新しい領域に参入できる可能性が高まったと判断をして、独自ブロックチェーンをプレイシンクさんと構築することを決めたんです。　　Web3は、ユーザーに今までできなかった体験をもたらすと考えています。それを私たちのポイントネットワークに上手く接続できれば、リアル店舗と連動した取り組みなど、他社にないPonta経済圏でのユーザー体験を提供していくことができると思っています。　　アバランチを選んだ理由　　尾下：まずPonta経済圏には1億を超える、とんでもない数のアカウントがすでに存在しています。　　例えばアカウント全員に対してトークンやNFTをエアドロップしようとするだけで、1億トランザクションが発生するわけです。例えばそれをイーサリアムなどで行うととんでもないガス代（取引手数料）がかかりますし、そもそもトランザクションスピードの課題もある。また様々なdApps（分散型アプリケーション）の動いているチェーンだと、それらの影響を受けてトランザクションが詰まってしまうこともある。だからまず独自チェーンを構築することに決めました。　　その上で、どこで独自チェーンを構築するか。その点については、さまざまなプラットフォームでの構築を検討しました。それらを比較検討した上で、ファイナリティーのスピードやEVM（イーサリアムバーチャルマシン）互換のプラットフォームであることなどの技術面と、アバランチの思想や方向性に私たちが実現したいことが噛み合うと考え、アバランチサブネットで独自ブロックチェーンの構築を決めました。　　1億超えのアカウントがWeb3につながる　　長谷川：独自ブロックチェーンを構築することで、Pontaの1億超の会員がWeb3サービスを利用できる状態になります。それを起点にPonta会員基盤とシームレスに繋がった様々なサービスを提供していく予定です。具体的にはまずはコンテンツ領域とマーケティング領域でサービス展開していきます。コンテンツ領域ではゲームのリリースを考えています。　　尾下：今年の秋から冬にかけて、コンテンツとマーケティングの両方の領域で複数のプロジェクトをローンチすべく準備をしています。まず当初は両社でいくつか立ち上げて事例を作り、Pontaの会員に受け入れてもらえるサービスはどんなものかという知見が得られ次第、プラットフォームを広く開放して様々な企業にサービスを展開いただけるようにしていく予定です。　　まずはコンテンツ領域からスタート、サスティナブルな「X to Earn」を　　尾下：Ponta経済圏には、Pontaというある意味トークンライクなポイントのシステムがありますよね。　　Web3領域において、「X to Earn」という言葉が盛り上がっているものの、まだまだサステナブルなモデルは出来上がってないのが現状です。一方これまでにロイヤリティマーケティングさんが手掛けてきた「ポイ活」は、ある意味サステナブルな「X to Earn」だと思うんです。ポイントを遊んで貯める事のできる「Ponta PLAY」のゲームは、言い換えるとどのブロックチェーンゲームより遊ばれている「Play to Earn」ゲームかもしれません。　　まだ詳細は公開できないですが、Web3技術とPontaユーザーを連携させると考えた時、「X to Earn」ゲームというのは非常に相性がいいのではと思っています。　　長谷川：世の中のトレンドを捉えながら、PontaポイントとWeb3ゲームの連携を進めていく予定です。ユーザーがPontaポイントを貯めていたらゲームを楽しめたり、「Play to Earn」できたり、またNFTを二次流通で販売することでPontaポイントが取得できたりするような世界を実現していきたいですね。　　尾下：例えば貯まったPontaポイントでNFTを購入できるとなると、ユーザーのNFT購入のハードルも下がると思うんです。暗号資産や現金でよりも気軽に購入できるのではないかと思います。　　長谷川：はい、予定しています。またそれ以外にもPontaで今後スタートする漫画のサービスなど、Ponta内の様々なサービスとも連携をしていくことを考えています。　　1億超えるアカウントへのNFTマーケティング　　長谷川：今回の取り組みで、1億を超えるWeb3サービスにつながるアカウントが出来上がります。そこに対してNFTを配布することをプロモーションとして活用していただくようなマーケティングの仕組みを提供していく予定です。　　また私たちの強みは、リアルの提携店舗などが日本中にたくさんあることです。例えば提携したコンビニやスーパーで特定の商品を購入した方にNFTを配布する、といったマーケティングも実施できます。　　尾下：1億超えるアカウントってほぼ日本人の数じゃないかって規模ですよね。そのアカウントとリアル店舗にNFTなどのWeb3要素を絡めることで、色々な新しいマーケティングができると思っています。例えば「NFTを持った人が特定の店舗で買い物すると、さらにデジタルノベルティが貰える」というようなキャンペーンも実施できます。　　長谷川：私たちはユーザーがいつどこで何を購入したか、というようなデータを持っています。これまではそれらをポイントでのマーケティングに活用していましたが、それをNFTに広げていくことで、様々な応用ができると思っています。例えばゲームのプロモーションで、特定のターゲットに絞ったNFT配布を行うなど、色々活用いただけると思います。　　他のブロックチェーンとの連携も　　尾下：まず技術的に、私たちの独自チェーンはアバランチのサブネットで、EVM互換ですので、他のEVMチェーンにNFTを持っていくことは可能です。　　またアバランチサブネット、もしくは私たちの独自チェーンとアバランチメインネット間は、ワープメッセージングという機能で一方のウォレットのトークンの存在確認をして、他方にサービス提供するというようなことも実現できます。　　今回の独自チェーンは既存のWeb2やリアル商品のマーケティングにも、もちろん活用いただけますが、ブロックチェーンゲームやNFTプロジェクトにも相性がいいです。　　例えばブロックチェーンゲームのアイテムNFTを、Pontaの1億を超えるアカウントに配るなど、これまでに実現できなかった大規模なマーケティング機会をご提供できます。ぜひとも色々なブロックチェーンゲームとも連携していきたいです。　　私も前職でいくつかブロックチェーンゲームを開発してきましたが、やはりユーザーはなかなか増やせないという課題がありました。有名なIPを使ったとしても、ユーザーを呼び込むのは簡単ではなかった経験があります。　　それはやはり基盤となるユーザー数が圧倒的に少なかったからだと思っています。今回のロイヤリティマーケティングさんとの取り組みでは、めちゃくちゃ大きなユーザーベースがWeb3に接続している状態を実現できます。Web3領域においてみんなが困っている「ユーザーが増えない問題」を解決する救世主となるサービスを提供できると思っています。　　ファンジブルトークンの可能性は？　　尾下：はい、もちろんです。実は裏側ではこのチェーンのネイティブトークンも動いています。現在はユーザーに一切意識させない仕組みと構造にしていますが、規制などに対応していければ、将来的にはこのプロジェクトにおけるFTの活用なども視野に入れられると思っています。　　また先々、FTを今回のブロックチェーンのバリデータを増やすことに活用したり、Ponta提携店さんにデリゲーターになっていただいたり、エコシステムをより強固にしていくために、FTをうまく使っていくようなことは検討していきたいです。　　長谷川：現状で計画している訳ではないですが、またブロックチェーン技術の性能が今よりさらに向上し大量のトランザクションがよりスムーズに処理できるようになれば、そういった将来もあるかもしれませんね。　　尾下：仮にですが、Pontaポイントがブロックチェーン上のトークンに替わって、それがどのチェーンにもブリッジで持っていって決済できるとなったら、大きく世界が変わるんではないかと妄想しています。Pontaが大きなWeb3へのゲートウェイになる。　　Web3を活用し、Ponta経済圏のさらなる拡大を　　長谷川：まずはコンテンツとマーケティングの領域で多くのアプリケーションを展開し、ユーザーの皆様に楽しんでもらいたいと思っています。そして多くの企業にもプラットフォームを開放して、さらに経済圏を活性化していきたいですね。　　そしてWeb3の技術を活用すれば、私たちの現在の経済圏を超えた、世界を築いていけるのではと考えています。その可能性に期待しています。この領域にスピード感を持って取り組むことで、Pontaの経済圏をより拡大していくことを目指したいです。　　今Web3の世界ではキツネ（メタマスクのアイコン）が席巻していると思いますが、私たちのタヌキ（Pontaのアイコン）も、世界を席巻できるように頑張っていきたいです。　　尾下：今回の取り組みで1億を超えるアカウントがWeb3に繋がるという点に多くの期待をいただけているんですが、それに加えてPontaと提携する28万ものリアルな店舗もWeb3接続するという部分も大きな魅力だと思っています。　　これまでのWeb3における大きな課題の一つが、リアルとの接点でした。それを解決できる規模のリアル店舗との連動が実現します。今までなかったような枠組みの中で、Web3ビジネスを考えられる場所を提供できると思っています。　　だからこそ多くのWeb3プロジェクトと連携していきたいので、サードパーティーにプラットフォームを開放するのはちょっと先になる予定ですが、今からでもご相談を受け付けていますので、ぜひお声がけいただきたいです。　　そしてWeb2や一般のサービスをやっている企業さん向けにも、簡単にNFTなどWeb3を使った取り組みのできるソリューションを提供していきますので、ぜひとも圧倒的なユーザーベースのある私たちのブロックチェーン上で、Web3に参入していただきたいです。
